The economy you are faced with has the following symptoms:
Inflation is 6%
Unemployment has been increasing and is now 4.5%
The Federal Reserve Bank has been cutting the Fed Funds Rate, and it now stands at 2.25%

Within your group, identify a presidential candidate, real, historical, or fictitious.
Identify that candidate's party.
Determine what is wrong with this economy.
Create your candidate's platform or economic policy recommendations.
Present this information in either a web page or Powerpoint presentation.
Prepare a 10 minute explanation for the class. Both are due 1 week from today.
By the end of class today, submit at least 1 question per group to me, addressing any issue you do not understand or would like clarified.
